Hi! I’m Tierney Rowe, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certified in pediatric primary care.

I was born in Baton Rouge and raised in the close-knit community of Central, Louisiana. As the oldest sister, I naturally stepped into a caregiving role from a young age, and it wasn’t long before I knew I wanted a career centered around caring for others.

I earned my CNA certification during my senior year of high school and later graduated from Southern University and A&M College with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2018. After nursing school, I began my career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), where I gained valuable experience caring for critically ill children and supporting families during some of their most difficult moments.

Wanting to continue serving children and families in a more long-term and preventative role, I returned to school at University of South Alabama and graduated as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certified in pediatric primary care in 2023. Throughout my nursing career, I have worked in a variety of healthcare settings including pediatric clinics, pediatric critical care, adult intensive care, surgery centers, and nursing education. This diverse background has shaped my compassionate, evidence-based approach to caring for children across every stage of development.

My goal is to provide personalized pediatric care where families feel heard, supported, and genuinely connected throughout their child’s healthcare journey.
